Jessica

My name is Jessica, and I was born and raised here in Nova Scotia. As an undergraduate student at Saint Francis Xavier University, I quickly realized that my passion was psychology.  My best advice to youth is… Once you find something you enjoy, make it your career!  Currently, I am working on my Masters in Child & Youth Studies.  I hope to move onto my Ph.D in order to become a Registered Clinical Psychologist in rural NS and support youth coping with mental illness. I believe that the best way to help others is to empower them to help themselves. With the right tools and attitude, you can go anywhere! When I am not at school or in the centre, you can find me cooking, and spending time with my family.
