Growing up, we all face challenges. And, although you might not realize it when you are going through a stressful time, a lot of young people are going through the same experiences and there are common themes that effect our lives. We’ve written a series of fact-sheets offering ideas on how you can better handle some of the situations that you are going through or experiencing.
